The video opens with the couple laughing together and sharing the circular story of how they met. Although they attended the same elementary school, they didn’t actually meet until they both enrolled in the same AP art class in high school.
That initial meeting saw Kathleen making fun of Eddie’s artwork. The couple eventually exchanged numbers, and went on their first date. They clicked.
Kathleen enjoyed Eddie’s habit of quoting movies (most of the time) and creating funny voices for his pets. He enjoyed her love of animals and her kid-in-a-candy store innocence and fun. After standing by Kathleen’s side through several eye surgeries, Eddie surprised her with a proposal in a pet store. He had cleverly pre-arranged with store management and employees to place the ring on the collar of a particular chubby kitty. Kathleen was surprised and delighted – and said yes!
